Germany was already ours, but we like to take big bites. 14 days after the bars first landed in London, we followed them to see how they were taking off. Consumers in the UK are quite well informed when it comes to what they eat, so looking back it comes as no surprise that they knew we were coming. We were among the rising stars at Natural and Organic Products Europe’s green carpet. In these two short weeks on the shelves of Planet Organic, the Roobars had gathered enough courage to compete in the Best Organic Food Product category along with exhibitors from 76 countries. We didn’t win, but we got our hands on a new market and we won the hearts of many new followers. We won our place on the shelves of Wholefoods – a promise for a much better year to follow.
