Lime and chocolate coconut truffle

The combination of coconut, fresh lime zest and covered with homemade dark chocolate is irresistible.


10 big or 20 small balls


2 cups (200g) fine coconut

4 Tbsp melted coconut butter

4 Tbsp agave or maple syrup

zest of ½ lime

Dark Chocolate drops


Lime and chocolate coconut truffle


  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend to obtain a sticky mixture.
  2. Put the ready mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  3. Form it to small balls
  4. Melt the chocolate drops in a heat water bath and cover the truffles. 
  5. Sprinkle the ready truffles with lime zest.
  6. Store chilled.
