For 10 balls
50g coconut, desiccated
2 Tbsp oat flakes, gluten free if desired
50g dates, soft and pitted
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 Tbsp (30ml) coconut blossom nectar (or maple syrup)
1 Tsp strawberry powder, if not available substitute with three fresh blended strawberries. Add extra coconut if needed.
